Filling out surveys is a fun way to waste time. I don't expect any ISK from this (even though I say yes to question 8.)
1. Do you know what the In Game Browser (IGB) is? Yes.
2. How often do you use the IGB? Extremely rarely.
3. When you do use the IGB, how long does it typically stay open? (If applicable) However long it takes to read through whatever it is I needed to see. I haven't used the IGB in months.
4. If an application existed that required your IGB to stay open during the entire duration of your EVE session, would you consider this a downside or a turnoff to using that application? (note that the IGB can be minimized and left alone. It just has to be open to a certain page.) It'd have to be something really useful.
5. Does your answer to question 4 change if there is ISK involved? If the site is extremely innovative? If you enjoy the features that are offered? Anything that benefits me in a legitimate fashion (unlike, say, BACON) might prompt me to keep the IGB open.
6. Do you run EVE in windowed mode? No.
7. How often do you alt-tab out of EVE to view forums, websites, instant messengers, and other applications? Frequently. I am usually multitasking while the Eve client is running and I rarely concentrate on the Eve program itself for more than half an hour at a single stretch before alt-tabbing to something else. Oftentimes I have the client maximized for even shorter durations.
8. Do you want 10 million ISK for filling out this survey? Every ISK helps. I'm currently getting some blueprints and major assets (POS components, Mammoths, and a Fenrir) together so I'll have some logistics and manufacturing support ready when I officially begin recruiting at the end of next week. I want to start getting SPEND Corp established over in Minmatar space (I finally have High Sec POS-level standings with them) right from the get-go. This is quite expensive, of course.
